I was born and raised in Port Orange, Florida. I founded Miller’s Screen in 2009, and partnered with my father, Chip Miller, and then later with Richard Miller Townsend. “Partnering was the best decision I ever made.” I am the father of two beautiful children – son LB (Little Blake) is 3, and daughter Brooklyn is 2 and married my amazing wife, Meagan, in February of 2017. In my free time (which isn’t much), I love spending quality time with family and friends, going to dinner, and relaxing. Miller’s Screen has become an established company, thanks to all the help and support from great employees. I enjoy being able to work with family – it’s incredible. I’m looking forward to what the future holds.
I was born and raised in the Daytona/Volusia area. I am also the fourth generation of the Townsend family to reside here and who have, for over 65 consecutive years, been involved in this area’s real estate and construction businesses. Growing up here and being an avid outdoorsman at heart, I have explored the backwoods of Florida from North of St. Johns County down to South of Brevard, to the St. Johns River and beyond. Wherever your home might be, I know the area and your needs for design that will fit in perfectly with your surroundings.
A State Certified General Contractor, I became a partner of Miller’s Screen. With a number of opportunities available to me at the time, I chose to become a part of Miller’s due to their close family ties, character, quality of work, and work ethic. Some of the Miller’s aluminum projects I designed have won industry awards and been featured in magazines. They are recognized leaders and well respected in and by the industry.
Though not a Miller by blood, they are like family to me, and some people think I might be the illegitimate son of company founder Chip Miller. Those people are wrong. I am neither tall enough nor ugly enough to be one of Chip’s boys.
If you want to deal with a company with long and strong local ties, a reputation for quality, and the ability to take your dream design to a reality, give me a call and get to know me. You won’t be disappointed.
I got into the aluminum industry back in the mid 70's when I started to work for a screen and aluminum company in my area. I then transferred to the Daytona Beach area to set up a branch office. After approximately 10 years, I decided to open my own business in Port Orange. That business, Hi-Tech Aluminum, Inc., became very dominate and prosperous in the industry.
My son Blake showed an interest in starting his own re-screen business and I joined him as I have my State Certified Contractor's license. That began the dynasty that is now “MILLER'S SCREEN & REPAIR”….
I have been married to my beautiful wife Judy for over 30 years. I have four beautiful children and four of the most amazing grandchildren, whom I adore. I have much pride in my three sons, Blake, Brandon and Bowen, who all work tirelessly for MILLER'S SCREEN every day…..as well as my lovely daughter, Sabrina who is attending school in Miami.
Born and raised in Daytona Beach. I have a 7year old son and we enjoy being outside from camping, fishing, and going to the beach. I was in the medical field for 21 years and decided to make a change and join Miller’s Screen family business and I’m so glad I did. I enjoy getting up and coming to my job every day.
The Volusia County area is my home, I was born and raised here. I love what I do, and where I work. Millers Screen has such a great group of hard-working people, it’s an honor to be a part of this team. I am a big fan of football and video games. If you are reading this, hopefully the Jaguars are having a winning season! Give the office a call so I can help you get the perfect screen enclosure/ lanai.
Hi! I’m Brandon, son of Chip and Judy Miller. I was born in 1985 at the Daytona Beach Halifax Hospital. I have two brothers, Blake and Bowen, and a sister, Sabrina. I graduated from Spruce Creek High School in 2003 where I played football.
I started working in aluminum with Blake in 2004, and in 2009, Blake started Miller’s Screen. Since then we have been building amazing enclosures all over Volusia, Flagler, and St. Johns Counties. We all love what we do and have a fun time doing it. I work daily with my brother, Bowen, installing enclosures.
When I am not working, I love to spend time with my beautiful wife, Angela, and our two kids, Isaac and Aubrey. My hobbies include watching cartoons, playing video games, and relaxing.
Hi, my name is Robert Townsend. I was born and raised right here in the Daytona Area. My favorite part of what I do is being a part of the Miller’s Screen family. I’m proud to represent a company that values their employees while keeping high quality standards in the work that we do.
When I’m not working, I like spending time with friends and family. I’m usually building fires in my backyard fire pit, swimming with my daughter at the beach, or hiking around state parks with my wife. Whether I’m spending time with my wife and daughter, or working with my brother Rick, as well as Blake, Chip, Brandon, and Bowen Miller, I’m grateful to know I’m always with family.
